School Secretary
We are seeking an organised, professional, and friendly School Secretary to serve as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff, and visitors. This pivotal role supports the smooth day-to-day running of the school by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing a warm and efficient welcome to St. Michael’s School.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy prep school environment.

Full time / Part Time: Part time (30 – 35 hours per week)

Reporting: The Head and Office Manager
